Shipping & Returns

 Returns Policy

Thank you for your order! You may return unused* items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will be happy to pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Complete satisfaction is our goal. *All returned items must be in the original condition you received them in. We do NOT accept items that have been washed or damaged during or after delivery. If a washed  or damaged item is returned, the return will be refused and sent back to you.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s)button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item with another size or item, you will have 2 weeks to do so.  In order to be eligible for an even exchange, item's received must be in the same condition they were shipped out. Exchanges will be honored for Online purchases only.  Please follow the instructions above on how to return an item and also send us a message. Customer Service will contact you with further instructions and details. 

 

Shipping

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We ship by US Postal Service and UPS. We charge a simple flat rate of $3 for all ground shipments anywhere within the continental US and free shipping for any orders over $50 dollars. When you place an order we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
